At Her Solace LLC, we are committed to delivering your wellness products safely, transparently, and as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order so that you can shop with full confidence.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Her Solace products are shipped directly from our manufacturer to guarantee the freshest, highest-quality product reaches you. Because of this direct-from-manufacturer fulfillment model, all orders ship internationally via our express carrier network.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can add additional transit time.
3. Shipping Costs
Her Solace offers FREE Express Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Promotional free shipping offers will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to modify or end shipping promotions at any time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your assigned tracking number
• A direct link to our carrier tracking portal
• Your estimated delivery window
You can track your shipment at any time using your tracking number at our carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the system.
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us immediately at sales@hersolace.com so we can investigate on your behalf.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
As Her Solace ships internationally from our manufacturing partners, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.
Please be aware of the following:
• Her Solace is not responsible for any customs or import fees charged upon delivery.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• We have no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays.
• Refused deliveries due to customs fees will not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Her Solace is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@hersolace.com with your order number. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period or if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at sales@hersolace.com with your order number and tracking number.
Our team will:
• Open a formal investigation with our shipping carrier on your behalf
• Provide you with a status update within 2–3 business days
• Offer a replacement shipment or full refund if the package is confirmed lost
Please note: We ask that customers wait up to 25 business days from the shipment date before a package is officially declared lost, as international shipments can occasionally experience extended delays at customs.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
If you are unsatisfied with your order or experience any issues with your delivery, please refer to our dedicated Refund & Returns Policy available on our website.
For order cancellations, please contact us at sales@hersolace.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
